Successfully managing psychosocial risks in Europe’s micro and small businesses

High workload, time pressure and demanding clients are the most common psychosocial risks for small companies. COVID-19 has also had a negative impact on workers’ lives and enterprises. Complementing the ESENER 2019 survey results, this report examines how micro and small enterprises manage new and emerging psychosocial risks.

Detailed country reports analyse the findings from the interviews carried out with managers and workers in Denmark, Germany, Spain, Croatia, the Netherlands and Poland.
