Working in the agriculture sector is known to be a physically and mentally demanding job. Psychosocial factors like long working hours, isolation, or financial uncertainty, can very much affect the physical and mental health of agriculture workers.
Within this context, the European Council of Young Farmers (CEJA) coordinates FARMres, an Erasmus+ project aimed to raise awareness on mental health among farmers and agriculture workers, providing them with guidance in shaping their everyday lives and their entrepreneurial and personal environments.
