It takes over at a time when Europe must overcome not only the COVID-19 pandemic, but also the consequences of the recent Russian military aggression against Ukraine. Other members of the current Presidency trio are France and Sweden.<\/p>\n<p id=\"tmgmt-2\">The motto of the Czech Presidency \u201cEurope as a Task: Rethink, Rebuild, Repower\u201d is a testimony and reminder that we all need to work continuously towards a modern and functioning Europe.
