However, the scientific evidence about the effectiveness of PTSI interventions is still limited.<\/p>\n<p id=\"tmgmt-2\">The Canadian Institute of Work and Health (IWH) is gathering field knowledge about policies, programs, and practices related to PTSIs implemented in firefighter, paramedic, and police organizations.
