Atrav\u00e9s da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CFM n\u00ba 2311 de 23.03.22 (DOU de 28\/03\/2022 Se\u00e7\u00e3o I P\u00e1g. 234) regulamenta a cirurgia rob\u00f3tica no Brasil.<\/p>\n

Os hospitais, ao implantarem Servi\u00e7o Especializado de Cirurgia Rob\u00f3tica, devem estar estruturados e equipados para realizar procedimentos de alta complexidade, tendo como objetivo oferecer toda seguran\u00e7a ao paciente.<\/p>\n

As cirurgias rob\u00f3ticas, obrigatoriamente, devem ser realizadas em hospitais que atendam \u00e0s normas vigentes de funcionamento para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimentos de alta complexidade, previstas pela ANVISA e pelo CFM.<\/p>\n

A cirurgia rob\u00f3tica s\u00f3 poder\u00e1 ser realizada por m\u00e9dico que, obrigatoriamente, dever\u00e1 ser portador de Registro de Qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o de Especialista (RQE) no Conselho Regional de Medicina (CRM) na \u00e1rea cir\u00fargica relacionada ao procedimento.<\/p>\n
